What is The Openers?
Simplicity. Look at the square metres around you: your living room, your parking spot, your barn, your office space, even your garden with the ping-pong table. Look at these square metres the way an Opener does — they're empty space whenever you're not using them.
The Openers lets you turn that empty space into value in two ways:

Monetized listing
You monetize that empty space by offering it to the community, at a price you set. The user simply pays the price you fixed.
Smart-commodat
Free listing
You can offer this property to your network through Smart-commodat. This availability contributes to HomeScore according to the service's scoring rules. HomeScore is a trust indicator; it does not guarantee access to another property, which depends on its availability, conditions, and the Opener's decision.
The difference
The Openers lets Openers offer properties under the durations and conditions they set. Availability, conditions, and any applicable fees are shown for each offer before a request is sent. Requests remain subject to the Opener's decision and the terms applicable to Smart-Louage or Smart-Commodat.
The revolution
You can offer a property and view offers made visible to your profile. Access to each property depends on its availability, displayed conditions, and the Opener's decision. Smart-commodat allows free availability under the applicable agreement; any applicable fees and conditions are shown before a request.

The price
The conditions for each property are shown before a request is sent. Any applicable service fees are shown at that stage. In Smart-commodat, the displayed cost share is an estimate based on average consumption costs for the relevant property type.
The origin
The concept is drawn from our co-founder's flagship book, "Le Manuscrit de la Propriété Augmentée : vers le Streaming Immobilier", devoted to a third way for real estate — moving beyond the binary model of long-term acquisition or traditional rental to see real estate as a service providing access to connected properties.
