Identity verification (KYC) is performed by our partner Stripe. Verification status is shown before protected steps.
Node Verification
Supporting documents and reviews may be required before bookings open. They reduce risk without guaranteeing the property.
The agreement matching the stay
The Openers facilitates an agreement matching the stay’s actual mode between host and guest: Smart-Commodat, Smart-Exchange, or Smart-Louage.
The free or paid mode and amounts are explicit.
Dates, property, and applicable rules are recorded.
Party obligations and cancellation terms are described.
Secure Payments
Payments and any documented damage claims are processed by Stripe. The Openers does not store full card numbers; a card can be saved without holding funds.
