My work is to remove friction: empty square metres and unaffordable access to places to sleep, park or work. I built The Openers as a dynamic, supportive and kind social network. Technology, AI and timestamped validation make sharing dependable. The Openers is an infrastructure and information-society service provider that lets people build new relationships and access different spaces around the world.

Our relationship with real estate is trapped in a binary model: buying—isolated, heavy and immobile—or renting—commercial, speculative and heavily regulated.
